We’ve created a loyalty program just for you – East Canyon Rewards.
Just like the major hotel chains, you can earn free stays by simply being a member and staying at the East Canyon.
Membership is free, and the program is simple. All the details follow!
Enrolling is easy! Send us an email. Put the words “I Want to Enroll” in the subject line. In the body of the message, include your name, address, telephone number and e-mail address. We’ll make sure you are set-up and that your stay activity will be tracked from the start of your next stay. That’s all you need to do!
You earn one point for every lodging and spa dollar you spend at the East Canyon Hotel + Spa (taxes and gratuities excluded). Rewards points currently do not have any expiration date!
You will also earn 200 points for referring a new guest. A new guest is someone who (based on name and other information in our database) has not stayed with us before. These points will be awarded after the new guest’s first stay.
Other bonus earnings opportunities may be announced from time to time.
Awards begin at 2000 points! Reward points may be redeemed as follows (awards are subject to room availability):
|2000 Points||A free weeknight any time of the year (excluding blackout periods), OR, one free weekend night with a paid night any day of the week during the low and mid seasons.|
|5000 Points||A free two-night stay. Valid any day of the week, anytime (excluding blackout periods) during the year.|
|10000 Points||A free four-day getaway, valid anytime during the year (excluding blackout periods).|
|20000 Points||One free week, valid anytime (excluding blackout periods) during the year.|
Note: All awards are blacked-out during Holiday and Event periods. Weekdays are Mondays through Thursdays. Low and Mid-Seasons are Jan, Jun, Jul, Aug, Sep, Dec.
Summary of Terms and Conditions
- Rewards reservations must be made via telephone with our office and may not be booked online.
- Rewards are subject to availability at time of reservation request.
- Rewards are not available during Holiday and Event periods.
- Awards issued under different member names/guest names may not be combined.
- Only one Reward may be used per stay.
- Rewards may be used as a gift to others. with all the same terms and conditions. Please call our office for redemption procedures.
- Rewards may not be combined with any special or promotion. For rewards requiring a paid night or for rewards combined with a paid stay, the paid night(s) must be at the standard, non-discounted, non-promotional;rate.
- Rewards are subject to any stay requirements (minimums, etc.) that apply to the selected date.
- When using Rewards for free nights for stays with both weekend and weekday rates, the free night benefit will be applied to the weekday portion of the stay.
- Rewards will be booked in the best available room category at time of reservation request (exclusive of Grand Suite)
- Rewards, once booked and confirmed, maybe cancelled without penalty 14 days prior to arrival. Cancellations after that time will incur a 50% cancellation fee of the retail rate of the reward.
- The program’s inception date is 1/1/09. Points will not be awarded for any activity prior to that date.
- The East Canyon Hotel may, in its sole and unilateral option, discontinue this program at any time and without notice.
