Rewards Program

Terms and Conditions

Membership in the East Canyon Rewards program is complimentary and is available to individuals residing in countries that legally permit participation in frequent stay programs.

The East Canyon Rewards program membership and its benefits are offered at the sole discretion of the East Canyon Hotel + Spa.

The East Canyon Rewards program has no predetermined termination date and may continue until such time as the East Canyon Hotel decides to terminate the program, at any time, with or without notice.

The East Canyon Hotel + Spa reserves the right to add, modify, delete or otherwise change any of the terms, rules, procedures, conditions, benefits, rewards or reward levels pertaining to East Canyon Rewards program at its sole discretion, with or without notice, even though changes may affect the value of reward points already earned.

All interpretations of East Canyon Rewards Terms and Conditions shall be at the sole discretion of the East Canyon Hotel + Spa.

Each East Canyon Rewards member is responsible for advising us of any address and/or e-mail address changes. The East Canyon Hotel + Spa is not responsible for requests or correspondence lost or delayed in the mail. The East Canyon Hotel + Spa is not responsible for, and reserves the right to correct any pricing or typographical errors, or errors of description.

The East Canyon Hotel + Spa provides the East Canyon Rewards program with these and other materials, and other services and products “as-is” and, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, expressly disclaims any warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, design, accuracy, capability, sufficiency, suitability, capacity, completeness or availability. The member agrees that The East Canyon Hotel + Spa does not represent, warrant or guarantee that the East Canyon Rewards program or any such other products and services will be uninterrupted, without omissions or error free, or that defects will be corrected or changes implemented. Under no circumstances, shall The East Canyon Hotel + Spa be held liable for, including, but not limited to, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of East Canyon Rewards program or any such other products and services, even if The East Canyon Hotel + Spa has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Your personal information will be used for the purpose of providing you with services at our hotel, servicing your requests, improving our services, developing and informing you of additional services provided by us. We will not provide your personal information to any third party. We may also use, disclose and communicate your personal information if required to do so by law, including by an order of any court.

You may opt out of both the program and any communications provided by us by notifying us, in writing, at:

East Canyon Rewards Program Rules

We reserve the right to add, modify or delete benefits or qualifications at its sole discretion, with or without notice.

East Canyon Rewards membership is for the sole use of that member and is non-transferable.

Members are required to update us with any changes to personal information that could affect their membership.

The East Canyon Hotel has the right to restrict benefits and discontinue a member’s profile.


Enrollment

You may enroll by notifying us of your intention to do so via e-mail, or via an enrollment card available at the front desk.


Earning Points

We will award one point for every dollar spent on lodging and spa services at the East Canyon Hotel + Spa (taxes and gratuities excluded).  Points will only be earned for the member's occupied room and not for lodging or spa services for anyone other than the member regardless of who pays for such services.

You will also earn 200 points for referring a new guest. A new guest is someone who (based on name and other information in our database) has not stayed with us before. These points will be awarded after the new guest’s first stay.

Other bonus earnings opportunities may be announced from time to time.


Certificates and Awards

Awards begin at 2000 points.  Points may be redeemed as follows::

2000 Points A free weekend night with a paid night any day of the week during the low and mid seasons, OR, one free weeknight anytime during the year.
4000 Points A free two-night stay. Valid any day of the week, anytime during the year.
10000 Points A free four-day getaway, valid anytime during the year.
20000 Points One free week, valid anytime during the year.

Note: All awards are blacked-out during Holiday and Event periods. Weekdays are Mondays through Thursdays. Low and Mid-Season months are Jan, Jun, Jul, Aug, Sep, and Dec.
